100% vegetable protein QUESTION !!!
a small question, for those who know, I do the dukan diet, attack phase, pure protein, can I take a 100% vegetable protein powder prepa say once a day, see one every day two days..????
the main rules to follow are as follows:
1_ 2.5g of protein / kg (for a person weighing 80kg = 200g)
2_ the body can only absorb on average 40g of protein every 4 hours ( therefore no need to take 200g at once)
3_ hydration is essential, poor hydration can lead to kidney problems
