1m80 and 63kg, I complex: what supplements?
Hello everyone

I am a 22 year old male and I am 1m80 tall. I am therefore quite dry and starting to get tired of hearing reflections on my build, even if I admit it, there are more serious ^^
I do sport once a week (swimming or football) and I do not I don’t have time to eat 3 “balanced” meals a day because of work, and I don’t have a huge appetite either.
My typical day:
Morning: 2 coffees, 1 glass of orange juice, a yogurt
Midday: 1 bagna bread + 1 cola
Evening: Meal generally balanced like pate / rice + meat / fish + vegetable + dessert
So there you have it, I asked myself the question of whether I should take gainers or other dietary supplements. I have no good a priori on these products at all, I know absolutely nothing and ask you, please, for clarification.

To gain stature, you must first eat well and then increase your muscle mass.
Swimming is good (even football) but food is essential.
