84 KG for 1.80m what to take for bodybuilding?
I need your help figuring out what to do in fact.
I think I am on the right forum because I have read several posts on the subject of muscle building and its food supplements, but each case being different I am a little confused.
In short, I’ll tell you the facts:
I start bodybuilding 2 or 3 times / week, I am a little paunchy and I would like to reshape all that a little because I am a little fat.
I am 34 years old I am 1.80 m for 84 kg.
I would like to know what I can take as a food supplement in + scenes, do I still have to gain mass or do I need to take supplements to dry out?
