A great need to gain weight …
I am 15 years old, I weigh
50 kg for 1m70 (I am a girl). I’ve been looking for information on how to gain weight quickly and effectively for several days now

). I have changed a lot physically and I have lost a lot of mass (I am losing thighs, arms, buttocks) Anyway. I don’t feel at all comfortable in my new body, which is now the source of some mockery.
The solution apparently is to eat around 6 meals a day (including snacks), of course, but when you’ve lost your appetite like me, it’s hard to already eat my 3 meals a day.
