in fact I am round and I do not feel at all well I would like to lose all 17kg and regain my weight (I put on weight two years ago) in fact I start a diet: in the morning I eat normally, at noon I try to eat balanced in the evening nothing or at most two fruits and I do 45 minutes of tae bo (cardio) every evening or at least I try !! so what do you think of my diet !!! I am a student and for lunch I often eat in the UK so jpe pa really eat light that’s why I don’t eat in the evening
