Abdominal adipose tissue loss
I’m looking to review my abdominos. I run regularly 4 to 5 times a week for sessions of 1 hour minimum. I weighed 107 kilos and went down to 94 kilos. I specify not to go on a diet, I just watch what I eat.
For 2 and a half months now I have also been doing 300 sit-ups daily. I have a good result on the upper part of the abs where they reappear, but I still have these little handfuls of love on the sides and on the lower abdomen. I still specify having lost fat at this level but I would like to homogenize all that.
I have already tried sweat pants but not much success.
I am now thinking of trying fat burner creams and not capsules or whatever, I really want to target fat loss on the lower abdomen.
Could someone give me some advice on whether these creams are working or give me a technique for working out abs that mainly targets the lower part and the flanks?

cardio level changes nothing, abs level changes nothing
just review your diet a bit in order to eliminate a max of carbohydrates and lipids
then you can take this one which worked well on me
