So I started Monday evening and I was 59Kg900 not to say 60KG
This morning I weigh myself is result: 57KG100
So very satisfactory result on the other hand small alert nothing serious
It cuts me more than the appetite I eat almost more in the evening j I’m not really hungry so I risk doing it every other evening because I’m starting to be a little weak
But I will continue I will keep you posted
