Advice-protein-sport / weight loss
I have already posted this topic on another place but I think it was not the best place.
I just wanted to know, to promote weight loss, how much protein should I take knowing that I am a woman of 1m64 with 56kg and I would like to regain my weight of 52 kg. I do cardio training and run about 5x per week. I use the whey blade pro that I take for breakfast and dinner as an advisor on the buy site, on rest days and cardio training days, I take it for recovery just after. But can the whey blade pro be taken with less than 200ml to make a sort of “dessert cream”? And very last question, the evening it is written on the site that it was necessary to take its whey in replacement of the dinner with a portion of vegetables, but I can add a source of protein to it with the vegetables? Chicken breast style, steamed fish … etc

you can mix with tapioca to give consistency.
