I am 19 years old, I am 1.75m and 65kg, I practiced the muscu for about 2 months but with a very good nutrition which gave result, mtn I am a little muscular but I still have fat in the belly, buttocks, a little on the chest, I do not know what to do then I have stopped working out for 2 or 3 months, must I continue to massage and forget the fat or concentrate on it idea to get rid of the fat and go jogging to burn it and then build up again. rebuild your weight while being careful about what you eat: avoid super fatty and super sweet things as much as possible. Favor white meats, beef, rice, and think of olive and rapeseed oil, they are good fats, useful for your cells and for your neurons, therefore your emotional balance. By continuing to work out, you will regain muscle mass. However, what makes your body “spend” in calories is muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns at rest. Stopping weight training for cardio is the biggest bullshit you can do. Continue the muscu and if you find the energy, do 1 jog, and again, do interval training for 20 min, namely: warm-up: you run quietly for 5 min. Then you will alternate the phases where you will run at full speed for 1 minute,you give everything you have, and a period of 2 min or you jog, to recover, and you do this cycle for 15 minutes. This is more effective than a cushy 40-minute monorhythmic jog. At least you feel that you are working, and this for several days !!! Good luck!
