Voila, after trying: Xenadrine EFX and NRG, Somatrop, Hoodia, Hydroxyblast, Premium CLA by carefully monitoring the use and taking into account the various possible side effects, I did not have no long term positive results!
For a cure of 1 and / or 2 months:
-Xenadrines: ephedrine and its derivative synephrine as well as guarana in high dosage; obviously cause an increase in metabolism which has the effect of burning calories. Not really positive on the mind, it irritates and excites the psychic to end up irritable and aggressive (effect on more than the majority of users). A slight loss of weight – around 1 to 4 kilos in 1 month, but after strictly nothing, no more slimming effects (the body regulates itself and adapts to the product while the brain also adapts but without regulating itself!
-A precursor of growth hormone: Somatrop, slightly develops (“draws”) muscle mass as part of light and regular sporting activity (personally: walking for 2h30 / day and swimming 2 x 1h / week) Muscle a little denser but no weight loss to report (knowing that muscle weighs heavier than fat), in the long term change in mood and especially rapid recovery of fat (but not necessarily more).
-The Hoodia: Nil !!! The crappy food supplement I have tried! A cactus with the power to suppress appetite. No comments, I saw absolutely no effects (desirable / undesirable)!
-And finally a food supplement which the scientific community is studying seriously, and whose effects are not spectacular but very present: conjugated Linoleic Acids in English CLA: Conjugated Linoléic Acid. In cure of 1 month at a rate of 4 capsules / day or 1500 mg, without any psychological effects or behavioral disturbances, a slight weight loss of about 1.5 kilos of fat mass but without muscle mass gain. (For me) the fats on the belly and the hips have been reduced well but big negative point, as soon as the “treatment” is stopped, rapid and more substantial fat resumption (if the control of the diet is poorly controlled)
After this mini report, here are finally my questions:
If you have tested the products I mentioned, are the results close to yours?
And the eternal question: Do you have an effective short and long term dietary supplement recommended to me that would be at least as effective as CLA on fat loss?
Notice to unscrupulous salespeople and bad seed herbalists:
No crappy ads on products where the majority of people who sell their merits are paid or are subcontractors.
I don’t want any propaganda on my topic!
I hope in any case that I have been able to provide you with interesting information which will serve you.
