against food supplements for sport ???
many people are against food supplements I would like to know why ???

I had a small problem a few me I weighed 59 kilo for 1M80 the misery what !!
I decided to put myself in the swimming pool and in the muscu I thus buy a bench of the alterres of the books etc (I know 3 person qualified in the sport) I thus start to a weight training and swimming prog, in weight lifting I started to wear 20 kilo in the dc now after 6 MONTHS I still measure 1M80 for 70 kilo and shape very beautiful on my body good pec abdo and arms like me
would have dreamed of having and to be well I miss 5 kilos.
At the bodybuilding also I have evolved although I do not go to the gym I go from 20 kg to dc 50 now and from 6 kg in change to 16 now.
All this to say that for me who was desperate before I now think that all skinny guys or what can gain mass from the force of the kilos forms too beautiful I pass … and all this without product, I am not against for as much although I will not use it!
