aptonia protein brand ??? good or not ???

I bought 750 grams of protein in a packet of aptonia brand from decathlon, the 100 percent milk protein, I made three shakes yesterday and I found it quite lumpy … The taste is chocolate, it is is a little ole ole lol … so I added two tablespoons of bitter cocoa powder … to give consistency and the chocolate taste that was not present to me … my questions, if you want to help me are the following … I would like to dry off because I am just coming out of a mass gain that lasted a year … my diet is broadly whole pasta, not fatty fish like tuna, pangasius etc … some chicken breasts … and vegetables for minerals. I went from 78 to 93 kg and qq in a year … of course I accumulated fat around the waist …i would like to dry off on a protein fast … so or i would only drink protein shakes … can this aptonia brand do the trick ??? thanks

my diet is roughly, 160 to 180 g of protein, 150 g of carbohydrates … vegetables, not bad … training here I change I do for the whole body, long and light sets … I eat tuna, wholemeal pasta, protein powder in the evening before sleeping … and I take synephrine … that’s it okay?
