I do weight training at a rate of 1 to 1:30 3 times a week. I bought BCAA amino acids from a poteins site to help build muscle. However, when I received my tablets, the dosage was not or poorly specified. They say 2 to 6 tablets per day.
At what time of the day ? Every day, or only on training days?

Personally, I take powdered BCAAs during my weight training. Cool for the recovery but for the gain of muscle should not expect miracles lol.
