Before a show or an audition
I am preparing a show of great importance for me, I will have to put all my chances on my side, in front of several people.
I am someone quite nervous and stressed, I would like to know if anyone knows a food supplement or a pharmaceutical complex allowing to be more relaxed, concentrated and less shy, because knowing myself on stage I risk very much to lose a lot of my means.

Thank you not impornaw ack, I know the state in which I am able to put myself in this kind of context .. I lose my means due to sudden changes of speed, see even limit paralyzed (arms trembling for example). whether it is stress or panic I do not know … sometimes it goes very well and sometimes I get into this delirium and I am no longer worth anything. thanks again 😉
You put the pressure on yourself, if you have the desire to face an audience, you are already demonstrating an unusual ability and courage. The leaflet can be a force and help ensure that your performance is not tasteless. .
yes I know that the adrenaline can be directed in favor of the service, but it should not gain on my concentration. You have to remain “in control” of your means and keep a step back. but c not obvious sometimes, especially when for example there are pressures external to that that I can put myself alone. 🙂
