I am answering you I don’t really think if you eat properly by not eating anything you don’t need …. food alone should give you what you need .. well i know i don’t am not a specialist in the subject but I am doing a work on dietary supplements (supplements) for science fair and no matter what documentation we were looking for it always came back to the same conclusion: if you eat properly by eating everything you do not need you do not need to take any supplements … otherwise I don’t think you should change your diet unless you really eat badly and a little rubbish there !!! and for your muscles well continue to train according to me this the best way lol!
