Best creatine etyl-esther, kre-alkalyn, effervescent, powder
I would like to have your opinion on the various creatins that are flooding the market to such an extent that even pharmacies sell them.
what is the main difference between:
-creatin in classic powder
I have always taken only powder whether it is supragen or at the moment the EAFIT, I do not see any difference between the two. Slight gains in strength but very light.
The new effervescent creatine is said to have 500% more strength, it would give me a maximum of developed lying down at 500kgs it’s not bad !!!
The creatine ethyester and alkalyn, there would be no overload to do at the start of the treatment because it goes directly into the blood.

creatine monohydrate which I think is the most complete and the healthiest.
Well, what is annoying with the monohydrate is the periods of overload at the beginning, apparently this is not necessary with the new creatine.
