bloating solutions ??
Good morning all ! I would have liked to know if anyone knew a solution against intestinal bloating. If you know of a little something that might give me relief. If possible salable in pharmacies without a prescription. Thank you very much in advance and have a good weekend to everyone.
You go to the pharmacist and ask for probiotics. This rebalances the intestinal flora and therefore reduces bloating (due to fermentation).
I use Ergiphilus, but there are plenty of other brands.
Good luck

Agree with Cherry, probiotics, that works well. You can even start with a little charcoal to relieve yourself (2 or 3 days) capsules from Arkopharma, then restore your instestinal flora with a probiotic, mine is probionate (Safetynat Lab) available in pharmacies. And finally, make a list of your eating habits and see with a doctor or nutritionist what you can correct.
Yes, Active 2 is right!
It is not only important to restore your flora, it is also necessary to understand the reasons for this bloating and to avoid the causes. Because I guess you don’t want to take probiotics year round!
Coal is good too.
Maybe a food allergy? To dig with your doctor.
I forgot, probiotics are without a prescription.
On the other hand, unless I am mistaken, it is not refunded!

None are refunded and it’s a shame because it is useful for a lot of problems. The intestines: the second brain.
What is the frequency (monthly or quarterly?) And duration (1 or 2 weeks?) Of taking a probiotic such as Ergyphilus?
Do you have to combine it with another product as I have seen here and there?
Have you tried quite simply to monitor your lifestyle?
The biggest cause of bloating is … diet! I paid the price!
If you are prone to bloating, there are some simple precautions that will already allow you to see a nice improvement:
– avoid all that is carbonated drinks. Your main drink should be plain water, period! And drink at least 1.5-2l per day.
– avoid foods that tend to ferment, and to “fart”. I’m sorry, it’s a bit vulgar, but it says what it is! Basically, avoid onions, cabbage, broccoli in some people, … It is also a bit up to you to discover your sensitivities and limit critical foods
– reduce your amounts of meat
– increase your fruits and vegetables
– eat fiber, it is essential, but in reasonable quantities. Always prefers whole grains.
– go easy on the sugar, it also promotes fermentation! And watch out for hidden sugars!
Try this already, and you’ll see that after 10 days you’ll be a lot less bloated, and you’ll feel great!
Ah! I was about to forget!
– avoid anything that is too fatty: it’s harder to digest
– and finally: A watchword, also, against bloating, it’s ZEN! Stress promotes bloating!
There you go!
Stress is the great disease of bloating.
Let me explain:
My wife, who has a job that generates a lot of stress, is very often prone to bloating. She has tried everything. She had the right to all kinds of checks (colonoscopy, fibroscopy, x-rays, etc.) because her neck was dilating enormously (I’m not even talking about the pain) in the space of 5 minutes.
He was prescribed charcoal and all that stuff that makes you feel better. Nothing worked. She saw a nutritionist who reframed her in terms of her diet. The same!
Then, one day, while talking with a colleague who had the same concern (but following a death in her family) they thought that it could be due to stress.
Bingo !!!
Since then, the doctor prescribed him “Librax” and miracle, no more bloating.
When she feels this happening, she takes a pill and it’s done.
The only problem is that it is on prescription that it is no longer reimbursed, that there is no generic or other equivalent product and that finally, since it is no longer reimbursed and that ‘it is all alone on the market, the lab has multiplied its price by 2. About 6 €. But, in my wife’s case, it’s fantastic! no more pain.
I hope I have helped you

Also remember to watch dairy products. Personally, I had problems with bloating because I became lactose intolerant … Since I removed everything dairy and replaced with soy foods, I am doing much better. No more problem of this kind.
What also works well is white clay. There are capsules in supermarkets or herbalists. One capsule a quarter of an hour before the meal and two hours after, preferably in the evening, and the bloating is relieved.
Good luck

I have had this problem for a few months now, and it is becoming very painful. All accompanied by a drop in blood pressure: I’m too tired to lead a so-called “normal” day !!!
The drugs offered by my general practitioner are all ineffective (carbolilane, polykaraya, ercefuryl, etc., etc.). What to do?
Good health to you, in any case
P.S: I am absolutely not the type “stressed” !!!!!!
? !!
Yesterday, in the dietetic department of a supermarket, I chatted with a woman who was filling up on capsules; she told me that she had had excellent results (in 2 days!) with FLORESSANCE FENNEL-FUCUS FLAT BELLY. Word of mouth being the best advertisement for a product, I bought a box of it.
I have been taking probiotics for 15 days,
never have I been so boozy. + abdominal pain
Me, too, I bloat easily … stress doesn’t help … sometimes when I’m “upset”, I bloat in no time. But, it is also what we eat: to vary my diet, I eat everything but I can see what does not suit me. I must avoid fermenting vegetables, fruits as well; a nutritionist recommended to me to eat them at the beginning of the meal, it is true that it goes better. I avoid sparkling drinks and sugar … Ultimately what works for me are purees, “plain” pasta, white meats and dairy products (often bifidus), with a little jam …. and it’s better. Some capsules also help well, like “flat stomach” ….
and you also have to drink a lot and take chamomile herbal teas you verbena that’s what I do
Completely agree with the problem of too much consumption of dairy products .. since I have reduced them quite a bit, things are much better. I have a naturopath who also advised me to take a mixture of propolis pollen clay (in pharmacy propargile capsules) to neutralize too much acidity that I had, it seems. and it is over with these unbearable gases which are painful to live with. Ah, I was also told not to take fruit salads or desserts after meals because the sweet after the meal would ferment what we just ate it seems …

For my part, I simply stopped drinking while eating and I started to eat slowly (at least 20 min per meal). I haven’t lost a gram but I’m no longer ballooning and my belly has deflated
I too have stopped all dairy products (cow), butter, margarine, cream, yogurt, etc … which I replaced with soy (soy cream, soy milk, …) goat cheese , goat’s milk yogurths etc …
Well, for 4 months I have never bloated …
It seems that everything that is dairy (cow) is super bad for our body … very heavy to digest … and causes terrible gas …
I work in pharmacies and I actually recommend probiotics but in proportions equal to or greater than 10 billion germs (BION TRANSIT, ERGYPHILLUS, B. CONCEPT FLORE INTESTINALE (exclusively in pharmacies of the PHARMAVIE group) otherwise the repeated intake of this product n ‘is in no way effective because the quantity present is destroyed by gastric juices … AH YES! I was going to forget ESPECIALLY YOUNG PEOPLE OR BEFORE THE EVENING MEAL Otherwise as an emergency solution Coal or drugs like SMECTA or BEDELIX. If not for those who like infusions, ask the pharmacist or a herbalist for an infusion made from fennel, angelica, coriander, caraway and cumin.
Natillau: totally
agree: the taiges ==> great mistrust for adults;
ms why continue to take products based on …. goat’s milk ?? !!
and then let’s be logical and analogical: “” no adult animal on Earth sucks its mother “”. point.
who says bloated says -> dairy products ^^
drink a liter of milk to see what it does to you

There are special pills to take to avoid these bloating …

you have a lack of: lactose or lactase (I know more
…)
In my family, many have this problem which is also quite common … There are special pills but which are not sold in Belgium ( but in Germany) so I don’t know if it exists in France: /
