Bodybuilding and food
Hello, I am 16 years old
I am looking for a program and a food supplement for mass gain.
A food supplement that does not harm your health, just to gain mass.
So I explain my case:
5h30 of tennis per week, which makes me work my cardio and a real core muscle. Then I practice “Home bodybuilding” every night for half an hour: that is to say traction, dips, push-ups, abs.
I am 1m80 for 63 kilos and I eat for 2 but in a balanced way.
I feel that I am drying my muscle. Already very drawn but I try to gain mass quite to redraw it in perfection later.
Someone could help me by recommending a program and a reliable dietary supplement (have I been told about brewer’s yeast?) But I don’t know too much about it. HELP ME clear my thoughts ^^!
in this case take a protein gainer
My answer is here:
gain weight and mass
– You need to eat more than your body expends in calories.
– Distribute your meals so as to provide nutrients every 2h30-3h. I’ll talk about it
HERE if you’re interested.
– Eat healthy.
– Does sport (bodybuilding type)
On the other hand, I do not recommend gainers, unlike what is said above. The quality of the carbohydrates included in these jars will mainly allow you to gain fat mass rather than muscle mass.
It is better to eat low glycemic carbohydrates for your snacks and high glycemic index carbohydrates during and after your workout. So instead buy your proteins and carbohydrates separately and mix yourself up depending on when you take your supplements.
In my opinion if it is a real hardgainer it will not take a lot of fat.
And to take a little fat mass in a mass gain especially for a hardgainer is only a detail because in my opinion he will quickly lose it given all the cardio he does and he does PDC. However I am not claiming that he absolutely needs it but just that it would help him a lot.
I just said he better build those mixes himself.
On the one hand, the cost will be lower. On the
other hand, he can choose the quality of proteins / carbohydrates.
And finally, he can adapt the dosages according to these needs during the day. It is obvious that you should not take the same dosages as a snack as around training. Thing that a gainer does not allow.
In addition, the concept of morphological types (ecto, meso, endo) is a bit outdated now and does not mean much.
And I personally followed the advice of the kind even if you get fat you will lose afterwards (I was skinny when I started), well things got tough, I certainly gained muscle mass but also fat and after I I had a lot of trouble losing these fats again, contrary to what I had been told, and unlike my so-called “type”.
Anyway, it’s quite simple, he has to swallow more calories than he expends, but not much more either, like 100/200 kcal per day. And the prot / carbs are just there to help make it happen.
My boyfriend is also weight training and he was looking to gain muscles faster. He found eafit brand food supplements on a website, they are not very expensive and they work really well!
It’s been a month since he took it and he can already see the difference. In addition there is something for everything: abs, biceps, weight gain in short a real muscle development!
I recommend it without hesitation!
