Bodybuilding and high protein preparation ??
I have a friend who does weight training 3 to 4 times a week (about 3/4 of an hour). He takes a sachet of protein (exclusively protein-based) after each session (at the midday meal because his session ends around 11-11:30). He systematically associates a carbohydrate source (pasta, rice, semolina …) with it to allow you to restore your glucose reserves and especially to avoid going in the opposite effect, ie to lose weight!
It is true that the HP diets used at higher doses (2 to 4 sachets per day) are not recommended in the long term when it comes to losing weight, but I wanted to know if we could take this kind of preparation all the time. year (at a rate of 3 to 4 sachets per week), if there is no risk, as part of bodybuilding sessions, especially if it is taken as part of a “normal” meal with protein, carbohydrate, vegetables and dairy ??
Thank you for your answers
High protein diet should be followed by a dietitian because they can be very dangerous for health.
And personally I find that nothing beats simple balanced meals with the help of a dietitian of a homeopath, shrink or other chosen method.
It is less dangerous for health and less risk of regaining weight. Eat less and eat better than 3 meals a day and 2 snacks one at 10 a.m. and one at 4 a.m. with a cereal bar or a yaurt or a fruit, but that’s it.
Stop the tons of butter, nothing beats a dash of olive oil. finally qaund there is the will, the rest necessarily follows even if it is long.
Courage everything is accessible as long as there is no treatment that makes you gain weight like cortisone.
