bodybuilding + supplement, good choice?
I go to the gym 4 times a week with a program that I have set up as seriously as I can with the help of the internet
I measure 1m84 for 71kg
my goal will be to reach a minimum of 80kg see more, while keeping a harmonious build and if possible be well drawn
I train seriously
on Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday
I am currently taking Forced Mass 5000 gainer and I have just bought IRON Works,
I would like to know if was it possible to take both at the same time? or if i have to take that gainer first, and then tackle the iron works?
with this training rate and this type of product can I achieve a good result? how long ?
