Boxing and Food supplement?
I am new, I hope I am posting to the right place, in fact I would need your help regarding nutritional supplements & amp; my sport;
I am a boxer, and I prepare for the final of the regional amateur championships, I measure 1m65 and weigh 56 / 57kg
I train 1 to 2 times a day, 6 days a week (at least 3 jogs, 3 training sessions at the club, 5 sessions abs and several “explosive” muscu sessions ect ..)
And I am on a strict diet to be below the 56kg bar at the time of my fights (my fitness weight is around 59kg).
The diet is based on white meat, vegetables, fish, fruits and 0% dairy products, no salt or bread.
I often get tired, and I was advised to take nutritional supplements regularly.
So I bought Decathlon a box of Protein powder 75% and BCAA (amino acid) tablets,
but I do not know what dose to take daily, I searched the internet and many take large doses to take muscle mass, off I would like to sink to gain weight.
If you have any advice on how much protein powder and amino acid to take on a regular basis (and see other supplements that I don’t know) to help me recover well and stay in shape without “bloating” too much. muscular, that would be of great help to me!
advance for your answers.
Good day to you!
I will recommend the Whey Blade Pro protein instead, which is cheaper but very high quality. And to answer your question, you need to take 30g twice a day: in the morning and after your boxing training. Also look for CreAdvance it helps a lot for explosiveness.
Ok 30g 2x per day is noted, Whey Blade pro, can it be ordered on the internet?
I’m going to look for some CreAdvance, thank you for your advice!
And for BCAA, is it useful?
Yes you can find everything on the internet.
BCAAs are also useful but if you want to add amino acids I recommend glutamine (ex: Glutavol) or a mixture like BCAA HT (bcaa + glutamine + hmb) instead. protein.
if you’re tired, look more towards vitamins and minerals. vitamin C magnesium zinc creatine. The powdered protein is if you think you are not eating enough “solid” protein (meat and company)
Hi to you !
First, forget the Decathlon supplements … It is not of quality and you will not have a good result, or fictitious …
Then, given your problem, I would recommend vitamins such as Animal Pak:
http: // www. proteinepascher.fr/ […] -2519.html
You will not gain muscle mass with it because you follow a strict diet so as not to take it. Vitamins will be your best ally to fight against catabolism and accompanied with bcaa to compress such BCAA 6400 from the Scitec brand (very good brand)
http://www.toutelanutrition.co […] 00-eco / 568 to take before and after training, i.e. 4 capsules before and after.
I wouldn’t advise you on glutamine.
Animal pak causes acne. I paid the price, I advise against it. And it is forbidden in France moreover … rather takes a Multibolic it is complete for the muscu (there is hmb in it) and it is an ideal dosage.
The gluta is important, it represents about 40% of the muscle material.
We are talking about sports competitions. So doping products are clearly not the right solution!
Here your problem is clearly the absence of carbohydrates and in particular of slow sugars. Your training is hyper intensive and it is quite another thing than the “Sunday muscu”.
Above all, do not take illegal products because they are prohibited in competition, even among amateurs.
Food supplements are difficult to choose on the internet because we find a lot of prohibited and dangerous products.
Instead, use real multivitamin / multimineral / hytonutrient Food Supplements for superior nutritional intake when your body is under high demand. A vegetable protein that will provide you with an optimal supply of amino acids, necessary to support you. In general, it does not contain lactose or cholesterol and is low in fat.
Please note, products based on nutrients reproduced in the laboratory (synthetic) are difficult to assimilate by the human body.
Do not hesitate to meet real professionals on the subject or the advice of pro athletes.
BCAA HT, the taste is not crazy but in terms of efficiency it is the best product for building muscle.
