Does anyone have any phenq opinion? Where is a reputable store to buy cheap phenq in switzerland pharmacy?
phenq or phen375?
I can only advise against the phenQ it’s just placebo I used it for 3 weeks, I did not lose a gram and worse I had terrible stomach aches finally personally I do not recommend it .
On the other hand if you wish to use a supplement take konjac it is my nutritionist that advised me thereafter and there is nothing more effective to reduce the feeling of hunger and facilitate digestion which allows to eliminate more easily.
With the konjac I lost 8 kilos in 2 months that’s why I advise
you to find the konjac in pharmacies otherwise I personally took the
konjac mironlab on amazon
It is of excellent quality and the perfect amazon delivery
Hope this helps you See you
Yes these are two supplements that are supposed to be beneficial for weight loss but no real and scientific test has proven this type of claim
so be careful.
Now you can take it to test and make your own opinion
but the opinions on this phenq are generally negative …

Your message is very interesting and above all very accurate, especially at the end, but will you put it on all the posts?
i just saw that a lot in this forum people are asking is whether the phenq works or not.
well I will tell you about my experience, after researching the internet I came across this site which provides all the information concerning phenq (ingredients, side effects, where to buy a quality product …)
after using phenq for a month I managed to lose 4.2 kg effortlessly and I still continue to take it to lose more weight,
you must know the side effects of the product before buying it
here is an article that talks about the side effects
: Effects side effects of phenQ
for those who have managed to lose more weight over such a period please share with us your experience and is that you are exercising …
So there if you have proof I’m a taker. Just because they say it’s scientifically proven doesn’t mean it is. Just as I can say that I run the 100m in less than 10s, this is not necessarily true.
If we look at their site, which is normally the place where they are supposed to put forward their scientific arguments, there are several problems.
Already it is mainly caffeine sold at a price more than gold. On their site they talk about a scientific study proving that their product makes you lose weight, no link on how it was made (no protocol = trash) => just that it means that it does not hold water . It’s ridiculous, when you have something that proves that your product works, you put it on!
If we add the graphs that they put forward with abscissas which mean nothing, ordinates which do not start at 0 (that gives a distorted scale value) we are not far from intellectual dishonesty. When we add that they display% of fat mass which does not mean anything (5% of fat mass for a man you need doping products and we are very badly in point, a woman is either in very advanced anorexia or died in this stage) … In short, the only thing that this supplement will make you lose weight is your wallet. If you want to convince yourself of it, look at the testimonials, people have mostly changed their diet.
And there is the lever, it is food, if you want to lose weight, you have to eat fewer calories than your body uses. That’s all.
Have a good day
Yes, surely a bogus study, not independent, etc …, because, concerning the
claims on caffeine (coffee, guarana, green tea, green coffee, etc …) which is the basis of what we find in the so-called “fat burners”, here is what the EFSA says
Decision of the European health authorities in 2012:
“In 2012, the European health authorities
( EFSA , European Food Safety Authority and the European Commission) expressed their views on
certain health claims for food supplements containing caffeine .
After a review of evidence, they felt thatthese products can NOT be claimed to : –
help lose weight or maintain optimal weight, by increasing the basal metabolism (to burn calories) or by promoting the use of fat by the body;
-increase physical performance (immediate or endurance), or delay fatigue during exertion;
-maintain the level of glucose (sugar) in the blood within standards.
These effect claims are now prohibited for food supplements containing caffeine.
In 2015, EFSA published maximum daily consumption recommendations: 400 mg for adults, 200 mg for pregnant women and 3 mg per kg body weight for children. ”
So, do not dream
phenq or phen375?
What a difference they have no effectiveness neither one nor the other !!!!
