Cacit vit D3 + tea
I have to take (one year prescription) of the cacit lives D3. I was told to take it in the morning but I see that it must be consumed at a distance, especially tea which is likely to interact and reduce absorption … but I drink tea in the morning and see myself badly give it up … is it very embarrassing if I take it instead in the evening an hour or 2 after the meal, as in this I would not risk any interaction with anything (being absent during the day, it is difficult for me to take it away from meals during the day …) ???
See with your doctor
What I know is that drinking tea during meals prevents iron assimilation
And I have that, but it is to be verified …
