so I am quite athletic but I have trouble losing weight, I will buy my calorilight tablets tomorrow because I have heard a lot of good about it! hi, i have tried caloright but not regularly, i take them when i have a heavy meal planned and it is true that my diet does not suffer. you should of course not overdo fat and sugar because this does not compensate for the large excess Because of taking it regularly and eating normally, I think that we lose weight
