Good evening everyone, here I was wondering something … I saw that charcoal was very good for the body, that it fought against colon cancer, and many other things, so I said to myself so as not to include it in my meals; and so i was wondering can you take charcoal so many times a week for life or can you only do cures? (I mean is it bad for your health to take it x number of times in a week for life?).
And if the answer to this question is no, how many times should it be taken for it to be effective, and not to take a surplus that would be useless ???
Thank you and good evening.
Those who recommend the use of vegetable charcoal recommend around 4 grams per day and say that there is no contraindication.
Ask your doctor’s advice anyway. On the
other hand, charcoal can have a constipating effect on some people. We then add sorbitol catches. You should also know that charcoal inhibits oral contraceptives.
Thank you for your reply. And these 4 grams can be taken for life, is that right?
And if not instead of taking sorbitol, isn’t eating more fruits and vegetables enough?
Thanks again and have a good day
Personally I do not see the point of taking charcoal for life, I do not think that it prevents cancer if it should happen but there are people who are convinced of it so it is a personal choice.
I think that a diet as natural as possible and a healthy lifestyle are sufficient but if you absolutely want to take charcoal you should seek the advice of your doctor.
It is also very important to listen to your body, start by taking it in cures and you will see if it suits you. ; )
