combine sport and bodybuilding
Hello everyone, I would have liked to know how to associate my judo class with the weight room knowing that I am entering a phase of mass gain. I practice judo twice a week, and I don’t think I have to do it on rest days in bodybuilding if I want to gain mass. Should I go to weight training before judo or on rest days? I also wanted to know if it was necessary to take the food supplements on the days of rest. thank you in advance
