Hello I would like to have a dry / muscle gain diet with creatine and amino or BCAA if not whey amino and BCAA thank you in advance!
Hi, can you tell us a bit about your training? Your goals?
Your height and weight?
It would be a little awkward to give yourself a diet without any information ..
And very often the “dry” is a misused term … fat loss is not strictly speaking …
Sorry I forgot to give details, I am 17 years old, I measure 1m75 I weigh 76kg I do weight training 3 times a week and from time to time I work my cardio with my exercise bike I want to lose weight and gain more muscle to box I have to be like between 65-68kg ^^ ‘
And preferably it would be much better if it was without chemicals like creatine and powder stuff because that doesn’t really motivate me ^^ ‘
So know above all that supplements (whether protein powder … creatine or others …) are not miracle products.
They are there to help you but it does not replace a good diet.
To lose weight, it will mainly take place in the diet.
You have to eat fewer calories than the number your body needs, which will force it to pump its reserves.
Then look at the diet you have today in relation to your needs .
Lower the number of calories by lowering carbohydrates … bread, pasta, potatoes, …
Do not try to lose too quickly, too rapid weight loss will result in muscle loss too.
Aim for 0.5 kg per week. it’s not much but it guarantees you to lose as little muscle as possible.
