Distribution of training gainers doses
It’s been 4 months since I started fitness (4-5x / week).
I take protein gainers because I am quite thin … At the beginning I was around 64kg for 1m83 (yes it is very little) and now I am at 68kg, I would like to reach about 75-80kg but the problem c ‘is that I am completely stagnant it’s been about 1 month that I no longer take a single gram …
I eat quite a lot finally I think .. I will describe my diet a little so that you can see:
In the morning I have lunch, good since I work in a bakery I would say that I turn in 3-4couques (well, it’s not very healthy I grant you ^^)
In the afternoon I eat 2 sandwiches, generally with meatballs and roast beef.
Then around 3:30 pm I go to my fitness.
End of session around 5 pm / 5.30 pm (see more) And directly after the sport I take my protein gainers shake.
And in the evening I eat my plate unfortunately I live for the moment with my parents so well I eat what I am given
but in general they are good plates.
But, I think my problem mainly comes from the way I take this famous powder, so I take a shaker after training (1 shaker of 3dosette) is that enough? should I take 3dosette spread over the day? and not all at once
Usually a 5 kg pot of gainer is emptied in a week.
I had a friend in the same case as you (1m78, 54 kilos), he took a gainer (5 pods) after each of his 7 meals. Plus a live post-workout.

33g of protein is the bare minimum you should eat during a meal
