Does anyone know about carnithine?
I just lost 15 kilos in the last few months and I have trouble, despite the weight training, to get a “well-shaped” belly. In an organic store I stumbled across a jar of carnithine and the description is (as always) very interesting! But I am not very sure … A product which activates the metabolism of fats during the effort and which allows to “dry”, all without danger, I am skeptical!
Does anyone know this product? Is there any contraindication?

L-carnitine, yes it can help but you have to do a lot of cardio on the side or it is useless to take it, and from what I know, it is not a fat burner but it does. sweat a lot (you still lose water so it’s already that
