Dry and muscle definition
I would like to have your opinions and advice for a successful extreme dry.
I am athletic and already rather thin and muscular, however, I cannot seem to eliminate my love handles and have good muscle definition (“Thick skin”).
I respect a diet pushed on a daily basis and yet nothing helps … I can not eliminate at the level of the hips and refine my skin in order to bring out the fibers of the muscle …
I think I am on a rate of 15% fat and would like to get closer to 10%
What training to follow?
(Exercise without equipment: pump / abs / sheathing / traction / c ardio)
What burners or other products to take?
Are slimming creams effective? If so, which brand?
I really want to find the perfect cocktail (Diet / exo / products) to dry as much as possible …
15% it’s normal that you have thick skin. Because you are not yet “dry”, you are average let’s say Extreme dry it’s rather 5%)
