Hello, being allergic to milk proteins as well as lactose I therefore went to egg proteins in order to gain muscle mass. What do you think? thank you in advance
Egg protein is pretty good, super easy to digest and inexpensive. You can make an omelet (like 5 whites + 1 yellow).
Afterwards there are the oats which are not bad. Not to mention white meats (fish, turkey, chicken breast etc …).
Worse the protein bars (quite expensive).
