Making a fried egg without a minimum of fat seems impossible to me.
You can immerse it in boiling water for a very short time (1min, it seems to me but that remains to be confirmed), so the inside of the egg will not be hard.
The yolk will remain liquid and the white too, but less. And your egg will be cooked to a minimum without fat and it’s good.
