Here I did a little calculation and there is something that seems a little strange to me:
They say that you have to consume about 1 g of protein / kg of the body per day for a sedentary person, and 2 g / kg of the body for a person who does weight training, which is my case.
It gives me 2 x 72 ~ 150 grams of protein that I need to take per day.
I bought a box of extralevure, I read on it:
Net weight: 150g, 375 tablets, and 40g of protein per 100g
For muscle building practitioners they say to take 3 tablets 3 times a day = 9 tablets
I calculate the weight of these 9 tablets to then know the weight of protein they contain:
(150gr / 375) * 9 = 3.6gr is the weight of the tablets to be taken each day.
(3.6 * 40) / 100 = 1.44 gr is the weight of protein contained in these 9 tablets.
1.44 gr compared to the 150 gr that I have to take during the day ???
hi 150g per day of protein, this is the total protein ki is in everything you will eat every day, because the tablets are only supplements, so you must already have protein nutrition (egg white, soy, chicken breast, ,,,,) good luck
