Fat + Protein Burner
here it is, I’ll explain
Keven is a 21-year-old man who weighs 190lbs and measures 5ft 10p, about 1 and a half years ago, he started martial arts to get in shape. He has since gained 30lbs (he was 160lbs). He is very happy because he feels stronger and fitter but now his goal is to lose 10-15lbs of body fat to be better in his skin. For 6 months, he has been taking Whey-X proteins because he had to eat a 4th meal every time he finished his workouts.
He is now stuck at the same weight (190lbs)
Description of a week:
Monday: Ground fight
Tuesday: Badminton (2h)
Wednesday: Standing fight (1h)
Thursday: Swimming (1h)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Relax
I also have a good diet in my opinion …
Lunch 2 eggs, toast, meat and fruit in the morning + dinner meat, pate, vegetables + meat, vegetable, dessert supper.
During the day, I often still nibble on vegetables or fruits.
I do not drink carbonated drinks and do not or rarely eat crisps, chocolates, candy ….
Well voila, you understood that I was talking about myself.
I start the stationary bike at the rate of 2 times 1 hour per week to lose weight.
My question is :
I take about 3 protein shakes Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 15min after my workout.
I want to know if with The fat burner that I bought myself (Lipo-6x) + The stationary bike that I start + taking my protein, I will achieve my goal.
I would also like to know if it is okay to take 2 more protein shakes per week after my cycling session in addition to my fat burners?

to suggest or tell me?!?
I think you’ve come to the right place, however, I won’t be able to help you. I use a gel fat burner instead and I’m happy with it.
