food, protein and bodybuilding, to have an outside opinion.
I am new to the site, please excuse me if discussions on this guy have already been proposed.
I come here to have a different opinion from those I frequent.
currently, 23 years old I am 1m83 for 80 kilos, and have been training since I was 18 knowing that the first years were rather in discovery mode, today I do it every day between 1 and 2 hours with 1 or 2 days of rest during the week. to give you an idea I lift 120 in max weight in DC, 100 kilos on average in squats, 25 max pronation pull-ups without leg assistance, an average of 10 km when I run …
(I finished a pot of miofusion for a week, I start the jumbo (first time I take gainer)).
morning : 1 jumbo dose when you wake up, 10am 1 dose of jumbo.
at noon : I eat normally while avoiding bread, butter, sauce, drink. (after if no choice, of course I do not deprive myself …), at 3 pm oatmeal with water and a bit of honey.
end of aprem : 6.30 p.m. I eat normally while avoiding bread, butter, sauce, drink.
8 p.m. sport session, booster before and bcaa + b6
bcaa + b6 after with 1 jumbo dose.
What do you think, knowing that any criticism is good to take, especially on the jumbo, is it really effective?
my goal being to be complete, on body weight, cast iron and running.
thanking you in advance.
Me, I want to tell you that you just have to take it before your 1-2h exercises and that when it comes to food, oatmeal is great! on the other hand, it is useless to deprive you. in itself, nothing really makes you fat, it’s just a question of quantity! 🙂
ok thank you for your advice, I’m not depriving myself I just pay attention
for the pleasure of being good in bodybuilding in return ..
I believe that all diet methods can be effective if done in accordance with the rules of consumption and accompanied by the appropriate sportsmen.
