Good evening everyone,
I have 40 kg to lose and after billions of diets I turn to supplements.
Please tell me what you think of this!
MErci a lot, it is quite urgent …
Please, an answer … I PUT A CABLE!
They are sachets of proteins not to be taken as a meal replacement.
If you follow a balanced diet and take this on top of it, I find it hard to see how it would make you lose weight.
If you take too much protein you have to take care of your kidneys so if I can give you my advice it is to start with a balanced diet and exercise.
For a balanced diet you can compose your own meals taking into account the following indications:
Carbohydrates: rice, pasta, vegetables and potatoes, 4 times a week (at least 1 day and even two, dried vegetables). Cereals and toast for breakfast
Raw vegetables at midday meals, which provide vitamins, minerals and enzymes, and cooked in dinners.
Proteins: fatty fish (2 or 3 times a week), white fish (2 or 3 times a week) white meats (chicken, turkey, rabbit), eggs (2 or 3 times a week), fromage frais.
Milks: 2 or 3 rations per day.
Sugars: brown and / or honey.
Fruits: 2 or 3 pieces per day. Cut back on very sweet fruits like
bananas, grapes or figs.
To lose faster at the start reduce refined flours and sugars.
Dried fruits: 20 g 4 times a week.
Water: Drink 1.5 liters per day.
Olive oil: 2 or 3 tablespoons per day
The high protein diet is the one with which you get the best results quickly.
On the other hand, it would be important to know the cause of your overweight to better manage the problem and thus lose weight.
I advise you to answer a questionnaire on your eating habits to find out the origin of your weight gain. Click on this link
