Food supplement advice for severe fatigue
I come to ask your opinion on food supplements …
To explain quickly: At the moment I am going through a super busy phase at work level, with crazy schedules and I am completely out of service. Normally I try to cook a maximum of healthy things, vegetables, fish etc but I already have little time for that and lunch is always on the go so almost never balanced, in the evening is when I I have time, but I often try to cook the we to keep in the week …
But at the moment it’s super busy and I have no more free we, and not the courage to cook during the weeks.
moments of calm.
I am super tired, stressed and in addition to that I sleep more and more badly … To get through this phase (the rhythm will calm down at the beginning of the year) I decided to take a vitamin cure and food supplement .
For the moment I bought:
– a supplement to Ginseng in capsules,
– ampoules of royal jelly,
– revivable brewer’s yeast in tablets and brewer’s yeast in flakes to mix with dishes / yoghurts etc. .
– chewable tablets with a set of vitamins
and I thought buying supplementation of omega 3 and “wheat germ” …
It makes things bcp lol but I seriously need a boost.
I would like to point out that of course I know that nothing replaces a balanced diet but that this is really over 1/2 month, because after that I should resume a calmer rhythm and I could also resume cooking and eating better … But there the end of the year is hard
What I chose is good for the situation or not? What do you think of the last 2 that I want to buy? Is the efficiency there with the accumulation or does it make too many things at once? Are there any supplements in what I take which combine the same elements / vitamins and which may overdose and therefore reverse the desired effects?
Advice and advice welcome
The ‘burnermax 3000’ gives a lot of energy but it is a product to tone the body at the base. I don’t know if that’s what you’re looking for. I use it before the summer and it really boosts me.
I answered you on another post. Tent the Guarana
I take this guarana which is rather well dosed:

isn’t guarana the same as gingsen?
thanks for your advices
Guarana is more effective than ginseng. But it looks a bit alike.
And the L. carnitine is not bad too.
spirulina I tested everything, top
I do 14h / week of sport
L.carnitine nice but not acting quickly
and cheaper than burnermax 3000, more effective than guarana

hello, faced with a very busy schedule with a huge amount of work, a cure of pure krill + zen and mag from the company ELLIKRIL allowed me to find tone and energy.
Personally, I take guarana, it is very, very cheap and effective.
The advantage of guarana compared to caffeine is that it acts more slowly (about 4 hours) compared to caffeine which gives a boost and then the pump.
Be careful with the dosage though! 1g at each meal is more than enough!
Lipo 6 black from nutrex! + carnitine + guarana and taurine, royal jelly also in
Rest is good too, against fatigue
Yes .. I just reread his post and in fact read too fast the first time.
I would recommend ZMA (Zinc + MAgnnesium), which is quite effective in improving the quality of sleep.
And not take guarana as I said above x)
And if the fatigue persists you have cocaine, ephedrine too LOOOL
Nah yeah, listen to your body too, it’s very important apart from taking supplements
ZMA really works for recovery, it improves sleep and therefore better recovery of the nervous system. We fall asleep easier, we wake up less during the night (for those who have this problem) and sleep is more restful.
Be careful, however, to buy the right forms of magnesium and zinc, as there are different ones that are ineffective.
I confirm to you an association of omega 3 plus a magnesium formula supplemented in zing it’s great I consume the 2 products of the ELLIKRIL lab go to their site.
