food supplement for vegetarian sportswoman?
Hello, I very recently signed up for a gym where I practice cardio. is it necessary to take protein bars knowing that I eat very little fish, eggs etc and that I would like to refine and strengthen myself? thank you in advance…
you can of course eat protein bars and you can also take a food supplement rich in omega3 to overcome your deficiencies since you are vegetarian.

No need to take any supplements if you eat correctly, I am vegan and athletic and have no worries!
Please allow vegetarians or vegetarians to answer. To hear say “to fill your deficiencies you should ….” listen to me well I am vegan and I lift 100 kg in the developed lying I practice sport almost every day and I also do more than 35 hours of work per week without problem, I have no more “squares” than anyone else.
And for your information the shaolin monks are vegans: go tell them that they have carrences !!!!
