Food supplements for hair
While discussing dietary supplements with a totally refractory friend, I was very surprised to see how some people react. My friend finds supplements totally unnecessary and I asked her if she had never taken any, she said no. Then I asked her if she had ever taken any hair supplements and there, to my amazement, she told me that she was doing regular hair beautification treatments. In other words, she admitted that pollution, stress, food etc … could act on our hair and therefore found it necessary to use supplements to remedy this. from there, my answer: “if you think that our way of life is the cause of falls, droughts etc …of our hair (which is the case), and that it is therefore necessary to strengthen our vitamin intake to strengthen them, why would this not be good for your health. Is the health of your hair more important than your overall health? Our current way of life and of industrialization (chemical treatments of food etc …) can only lead to deficiencies in our food.
