is not by taking powders that you will lose weight and gain muscle at the same time.
To lose fat, you have to create a calorie deficit and to gain muscle it’s the opposite so doing both at the same time seems very complicated to me, doesn’t it?
They are not called “supplements” for nothing, they are in addition to an adequate nutritional and sports plan. Taken alone, it’s no use, it’s like trying to drive a car with no wheels and no gas!
I agree with what was said above, before taking supplements you must have a solid basic diet.
Otherwise it’s not that I advertise but I have been with MP for 2 years and I never had a problem. The value for money is unbeatable
