My problem is that I cannot take weight but to lose a lot of it ..

When do you eat?
Well I eat 3 times a day, I try to make sure that I eat enough per meal .. Small snacks .. And the mass gainer ..
This morning for example: I eat ten mini pancakes then a bowl coconut pops (we are still children)
This afternoon a large bowl of new kellogs and in the evening I ate potatoes with spinach and good meatballs in quite good quantity ..
I even changed types of sports exercises .. For example: while doing abs I try to do less movement, like lifting legs .. which makes you lose more calories ..
