Gain weight without sport?

I can already see you coming and telling me “no sport, no weight gain!” …
Certainly, but I will explain my case to you:
I am 17 years old, I am 1m70 for 40 kilos, as much to say that I am undernourished …
Yet I eat a lot and I never miss a meal!
My complex affects me a lot, especially with the arrival of summer … So here is the question:
Are there drugs / anabolics / proteins / … allowing to gain mass and muscle WITHOUT SPORTING?
