Gainer Max + Protein 90
Good evening everyone,
I am presenting my problem to you.
I did weight training with gainer (weight gain), until everything is fine.
A friend gave me a new pack of Protein 90 from Aptonia powder, these are starch acids.
And I know that it is a very good complement with the gainer.
So my question is: I take my gainer between lunch / training and another after training.
When should I take these amino acids?
Because I have heard that some slow and fast proteins.
I would like you to clarify this for me.
