So here
I have made a diet based on green tea which is an antioxidant and antitoxime and with that I lost 12 kilos in 1 year
bein on the tea is drunk without sugar if you can swallow it without sugar
me contrary to those who watch too much TV I recommend you to drink tea anyway it is good for the health
the Chinese drink a lot of green tea and you find them fat.
Green tea has a draining effect.
My endermologist recommended it to me precisely to accentuate the effect of endermology. But
don’t drink all that, you have to drink mineral water with a high dosage of calcium and magnesium if any time you have no problem of kidneys.
I studied at length the effects of tea during my diet if you want to communicate with ca here is my email cpatator @ club-internet.

I have drunk and still drink (my cup is also cooling down). I have lost 8/9 kilos so far. But beware, that’s not all! I play sports alongside (cycling, jogging very regularly + abs and other exercises). I didn’t put in much effort at first but I felt the muscles coming out well at one point and while chatting with a forumer on another site, she told me she had the same feelings! Green tea was recommended to me by Korean nutrition student friends, who told me that studies in their country have shown that green tea is good for general health. Try, you won’t die! But do not drink it right after meals, the tannin in the tea can interfere with the absorption of iron on the other hand.Keep us in touch!
do 1 to 2 hours of cycling or other per day with low intancity, eat normally and then voila, voila
The tea also contains assimilable fluoride therefore good for the teeth.
BUT the polyphenols present in tea which protect our arteries and are useful in neutralizing free radicals have the unfortunate tendency to form a complex with iron and prevent its assimilation.
So black or green tea, yes. If possible not during, or immediately after, meals to allow time to assimilate iron especially if you have an iron deficiency.
exact, never tea or coffee right after meals !!
they prevent the assimilation of certain minerals and trace elements

In tea there is caffeine
Caffeine increases metabolism
Metabolism consumes more calories
Loss of energy in heat
about 60 calories expended per day for a high consumption of green
tea the tea is therefore a baby fat burner that it is good to couple with a serious training and a diet, it is not miraculous but full of benefits as many have said earlier.
Good training !
