Have the potato
Hello everybody!
With this all rotten weather for a month of May, I don’t have too much potato, I’m tired, I have a bit of a drone, in short it’s not the tip top form …
Do you know something? well for that, which for example is taken in cure of one month as one can make a cure of vitamin C at the beginning of winter ???
Thank you in advance for your help and your answers
Good day
Pauline
Target vegetables and vitamins, in addition to natural vitamins I take 100% natural vitamin “C”, it is
Acerola from Nutrixlab . I was very surprised at the energy and dynamism I had this winter during my two-week treatment. However the winter I am rather “soft of the knees” but there as you say I had the potato!
The ideal would be to always rest eight hours a day, to avoid stimulants and alcohol, to have a healthy food, to do some sport and to try to work your physical and mental possibilities with practices like yoga or relaxation.
When you start to feel tired, there’s nothing like starting your day with a good natural fruit juice. A very effective mixture is one that mixes a lemon, an orange and an apple.
