Help needs to gain weight
Hello everyone, here I am between 1m75 and 1m78, and I weigh only 55 kg. I have a very slim appearance despite the muscle I have and I would like to gain weight (About 10-15 kg in 9 months). I practice bodybuilding at home and within a month in room 2 see 3 sessions per week. I would like someone to advise me knowing that I eat 3 meals a day + 2 snacks in a balanced way, should I buy special food to mix or weight gainer? Regarding the weight gainer if I take it and on the other hand I do a lot of sport / bodybuilding, I will gain weight but will I gain a lot of fat or especially muscle? . Is it important that I go to a nutritionist or a doctor for advice?
Thank you for your answers although I asked a lot of questions, have a good weekend to you
10 or 15 kilos in 9 months it seems fast. in muscle building the effects are slow and lasting or short and dangerous.
if you want to take only fat a lot of lipids and slow sugars (vegetable oils and pasta / rice ..) but you will feel heavy and tired and you risk having some digestion problems and … women like thin
I understand, the muscu does not make me gain neither weight nor muscle mass. I am not thin but really thin, I try to gain weight but not to have a belly especially to increase my muscle mass, being ectomorphic I do not really take anything I have been 55 kg for 1 year despite the sport nearby.
Ps: I’m 18 in case
Thank you for your answer.
When I see myself in profile I hallucinate it looks like a wire lol.
“I understand, weight training doesn’t make me gain any weight or muscle mass.”
It’s because you don’t practice it properly. I took 5 kgs in 3 months including 4 of muscles being ectomorphic.
4 training sessions of 1 hour per week and high calorie diet required.
120gr of protein
400gr of carbohydrates including 90% of complexes
100gr of lipids
50gr of fibers
And I can tell you that you will gain muscle quickly, and up to 12kgs in a year.
sorry for the failed post above
At 18 I was a food pit, and unable to gain weight.
In fact what I advise you is to find out how your body works ….
Your muscles require proteins to develop (we feed the chickens raised with animal proteins to make them develop in the meat).
The proteins that you are going to bring should not be roasted before arriving, so you must absolutely respect the phases of rest.
Whey proteins are assimilated more quickly, but fatigue the faith … on the other hand, is eating in a very excessive way more “safe”? ^^ in short, everyone to judge
you can also look on the side of the mass gain process … in fact the goal is to understand the relationship between fat and muscle development …
Check out musculation.com … they explain a lot, more than stupid and wicked muscle, they thoroughly explain all the processes …
