take REXORUBIA, homeopathic mineral concentrate 2 or 3 teaspoons per day

it is especially necessary to take:
fatty fish as often as possible (salmon, herring, anchovies, sardines, mackerel) for vitamin D which stimulates bone accretion
3 to 4 dairy products per day for calcium
Hepar, contrex and courmayeur for a little more more calcium
from fruits and vegetables with each meal for alkalinity which decreases calcium leakage and bone resorption
