Hesitation for bodybuilding …
Hello,
I am planning to take some food supplements, despite a good diet, I can no longer gain weight. I am stuck at 65 kg while doing weight training.
Therefore, I am not a little informed about the proteins of the market, and I hesitate between making a kind of mixture between 3 supplements, namely:
The instant whey

I would therefore take one ration of each supplement per day.
Or do only an instant whey “cure” by taking 2 rations per day.
I would like to do a sort of “cure” over three months, to take as much as possible, and then try to stabilize myself.
So for you, what is the best solution? Or maybe you have some other advice?

I don’t think increasing your dose of prot is the way to go, unless you’re not getting enough of it? Maybe you are not eating enough?

Interesting, because natural, but only if you have deficiencies!

hi. I advise you to take amino acids and brewer’s yeast. add to that a session every two days of bodybuilding with heavy loads and you will see the result. good luck

There are already amino acids in brewer’s yeast.
