High protein diet
Hello everyone, I have been back in sport (cycling) for 5 years since I stopped and I am 36 years old, 1 m88, 88 kg. My healthy weight used to be around 80 kg.
Everyone talks to me about proteins and high-protein diets, to lose fat and gain strength. But what is the high protein diet.

proteins build muscle (they are found in meat fish eggs)
high protein diet means rich in protein (hyper-bcp / protein -protein) and implies that in any case be richer in protein than in: carbohydrate ( sugar) and lipid (fat).
dc fat melting and more volume for your muscles in some way because you give them the fuel for and not the fuel to grow (it’s pictured eh)
