How do you stop morning cravings?
I am showing you my pb: some time ago I realized that after 3 hours after breakfast my stomach was crying out for famine.
So I thought that the pb came from the fast sugars that I ate at lunch, these sugars going faster in the blood but disappearing faster too.
I then decided to take only slow sugars in the morning at breakfast: results: craving 3 hours later =) whole grain bar to hold a little longer: results: empty stomach 1 hour later …
In short, I’m desperate and no longer know what to do so as not to have to refuel every 3 hours or less in the morning … When I see my colleagues, I’m ashamed! I only do that …
Do you have an explanation for that? + a solution?
PS: I would like to point out that I also drink a glass of orange juice (100% pure juice) + skimmed milk in my bowl of cereals.

So for my part I advise you to take a savory breakfast rather than a sweet one such as ham, egg and cheese, … I noticed for my part that it held me better to the body. if you have munchies check that you are eating enough (a slice of bread is not enough), because it is the most important breakfast.
by eating a little more in the morning, i eat less of the other meals so i don’t gain weight and i am not hungry.
I’m a vegetarian so ham will not be for me!
As for cheese and eggs, it’s not a bad idea but cheese is still high calorie and eggs should not eat more than 2 per week so I will quickly be stuck!
